Grampians Olive Co., home to the historic Toscana Olive Plantation, has been producing premium organic extra virgin olive oil in the Grampians, Victoria, since 1943.
Family-owned and run by the Mathews family, the 28,000 heritage olive trees are dryland farmed, certified organic, and hand-harvested for exceptional flavour. Rare and traditional varieties such as Verdale, Bouquettier, and Benito are cold-pressed on-farm within hours, producing award-winning, single-estate oils sought after by top chefs.
Every bottle reflects a philosophy of quality over quantity and a commitment to sustainability, with a portion of profits supporting charities and community groups.
As well as premium organic olives and extra virgin olive oils, they also produce artisan vinegars, skincare and honey.
