Each one is made from salvaged Blackbutt timber sourced locally from the south coast Eurobodalla region, giving it not only a unique character but also a real connection to place. The natural variations in the wood grain mean every board has its own story, having been reclaimed and given new life. At 80cm long and about 22cm wide, it is practical, generous enough for a full spread of cheeses, charcuterie, and fruits, while still being easy to handle and display.
